This two-day in-person program is led by our team of supportive care clinicians including Physicians, Counsellors, Dietitians and Exercise Therapists. You will learn about stress reduction, sleep management, self-care, nutrition, exercise & movement, lymphatic & immune support, and health communication. If you or someone you know has been affected by cancer, consider joining us for this foundational two-day program. Registration is free, spaces are limited.
